Mylia arrived in Arangoth to find things had changed drastically.  Her first shock was that there was a tombstone erected in the Gardens of her home, Rose_De_Wyntyr.  Already stunned from what she had endured, Mylia was not in the best of conditions to deal with suddenly finding herself back among people.  Her first close call came when Fionn thought she was a cruel intruder masquerading as his mother.  It took her some time to convince him that she was who she claimed to be.  Happy to have her back, but unsure of what had happened to her, Fionn made her go to her home and he sent for her husband, Wyldcard.  Several times, Mylia tried to slip away, terrified of her dreams and memories that she wasn't sure were her own, but Fionn had thought ahead to put guards around the villa to prevent another disappearance.

While Mylia was waiting for her husband to come to her, Mylia had a few shocks, some of them quite nasty.

The first shock, was the arrival of Kazeel, who was her adopted son, and trusted friend.  He told Mylia that he was in love with her and always had been.  The first tumultuous days that Mylia was back from Hell, were hard ones and Kazeel stuck by her side, even going so far as to sleep on the floor next to her bed to wake her up from her nightmares.  Mylia was frail, weak, and afraid of her own shadow, and Kazeel was always there for her.  One night, they made love, but afterwards Mylia felt guilty over this betrayal of her husband...even though he had not yet sent word that he was coming...and tried to keep Kazeel at a distance.

The next shock was that her sister had been killed and was currently in Sheol as Da'Noch's wife.  This was something that Mylia's mind had trouble accepting, since Da'Noch had been her torturous jailer and had sent minions after her to reclaim her for him after she escaped his clutches.  Close on the heels of this came the knowledge that her second husband, Calek, whom she still loved, was not only alive, but married to her twin.

Mylia's elite guard, the Crimson Guard of the Phoenix, and the Brotherhood of Ordo Tempi Orientis, were happy to have their Queen back and took back up their mantle of protecting her and defending her.  During this time, Mylia inducted a new member into the force, Stahl Garamonde.

Stahl was young, but an enigma to Mylia, and she saw something in him that none of her other soldiers saw.  He has taken to his duties well, but he still remains an enigma to this fire queen.

Finally, all hell broke loose at Mylia's home and Da'Noch appeared.  Calek and Kazeel fought Da'Noch...and Mylia fled after she saw a dragon cut her sister in half and felt her pain.  Not able to stay away, Mylia reappeared and attacked the dragon, falling to him as her sister had.  As the twins fell, Da'Noch crumpled to dust and ash.

The dragon, ZulGin, had the power to bring Mylia and Callista back from death, and did so.  The two twins enjoyed their reunion...but tragedy struck moments later as it appeared that Calek had died in the battle to save them.  Callista blamed Kazeel, and Mylia felt herself agreeing with her twin.  However, before anything could be done in retaliation, Calek appeared again...and asked Callista to marry him.
